Skye is firmly based on the experience of over 70 years of construction knowledge from its founders. Our company combines strong leadership and sound management practices, to provide solutions, and expertise to serve the client. We work closely with owners, architects and subcontractors, through open communication and honesty allowing our projects to be completed on budget, within schedule and to the highest safety standards.

A project with zero change orders is a successful project. Skye works with the architect and engineer from day one sharing our experience and knowledge gained on similar projects to identify potential cost or schedule issues early, when they have minimal impact. We conduct weekly meetings where we identify construction, schedule and budget issues and resolve them as a team.
