The Spencer Fair is well situated on busy Route 9, at the intersection with West Main Street in Spencer, Massachusetts. Route 9 is the main thoroughfare, drawing customers from Spencer and Brookfield. The site is approximately 1.5 miles west of downtown Spencer and is bordered by Main Street to the east and Route 9 to the south. Access and visibility from Route 9, a two-lane, undivided highway, is excellent .
