As a 30-year real estate professional, Brad has focused on the acquisition and servicing of commercial real estate loans since 1991. Having acquired over $500 million in whole-loans either individually or in pools, Brad has a proven track record in the resolution of distressed mortgage debt. He has participated as a buyer of RTC, FDIC and conventional bank assets as well those of private and institutional lenders. In addition to the most common property types, collateral has included golf courses, marinas, churches and a multitude of special-use facilities throughout the continental United States.

His strong foundation in the development of real property including, office, industrial, retail and residential subdivisions, has proven invaluable in the repositioning and sale of foreclosed assets, where clients have included Aetna, Metropolitan Life and Nationwide Life Insurance Companies. Utilizing strong analytical skills to develop meaningful cash flows, Brad has seen success in restructuring debt of difficult transactions for the benefit of private equity funds including WRH Mortgage, Inc. where he served as the Executive Vice President and shareholder. Brad served as the Director of Development for Combined Properties in Washington, D.C., the Vice President for L.J. Hooker Development in Atlanta, Ga., where he specialized in retail and industrial development, Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at RCH Capital, LLC and most recently as a Principal at MacDill Capital Partners, LLC. He is the President of Redstone Funding LLC, acquiring and restructuring sub-performing commercial mortgage debt.

Bruce joined Redstone Investments in 1998 as the Vice President of Property Management. He is responsible for all aspects of property management, property maintenance, lease renewals, tenant billing and rent collections.

Before joining Redstone, Bruce worked as an agent for two years with the Edward J. Lewis Company, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm in Youngstown, Ohio. Bruce also spent nine years at Phar-Mor, Inc., a discount drugstore chain based in Youngstown, Ohio. His responsibilities included purchasing, new store set up, merchandising and store operations.

He currently serves on the Boards of the Youngstown Area Jewish Federation and Akiva Academy, a private elementary school, and is Chairman of the Youngstown Area Jewish Federation building committee.

Bruce and his wife Kelly have three sons, Tyler, Connor and Sam. He enjoys golfing, skiing and tennis.

Dylan Henderson joined Redstone Funding in 2017 as a Senior Analyst and currently serves as Vice President of Loan Acquisitions. Dylan is responsible for the due diligence and underwriting of acquisition opportunities and management of the existing portfolio of assets.

Frank is active in the marketing of Redstone Asset Management Services and their exclusive listings. Since the early 1980s, he has been active in all phases of commercial real estate, specializing in raw land, industrial and office sales and leasing.

Prior to joining Redstone Asset Management Services Frank was CEO and co-owner of Ryon and Associates. Ryon and Associates was a commercial real estate company founded in 1988. During its 18 years of business Ryon and Associates managed over 4 million square feet of office, retail, and residential properties. During the early 1990s Ryon and Associates worked with REO departments of many banks and financial institutions helping to quickly facilitate the sale of distressed and foreclosed properties. During this process they provided management and their expertise to enhance the value and facilitate the sale.

Frank is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida. He previously held a seat on the Board of Directors for the Core Network and the Boy Scouts of America. He and his wife Nikki and two cats reside in Tampa. When not working in real estate, you’ll find Frank boating, biking or traveling.

Fred is a Senior Vice President with Redstone Investments, and is involved in national retail tenant relationships, site selection and the analysis of development opportunities.

Fred joined Redstone in 2008, bringing with him more than 40 years of real estate development experience. His career began in 1971 when he served as Vice President of Butler Enterprises, a shopping center development company out of Gainesville, Fla. From there he started his own company, Community Shopping Centers, Inc. in Orlando, Fla., where he directed the development of several million square feet of community and neighborhood shopping centers in the southeastern United States. In 1991, Fred took his many years of experience to the northeast where he did consulting, developing and brokerage for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., primarily in New York and New Jersey. Prior to joining Redstone, Fred served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate for National Retail Properties based out of Orlando, Fla. with assets of $3 billion. In this capacity he handled all aspects of numerous shopping center developments.

Fred is a licensed real estate broker and resides Winter Park, Fla., with his wife Martha, who is an abstract painter. They have five children and five grandchildren and love traveling and sports.

Jeff is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Redstone Investments. He joined Redstone in 2004 and has been involved in all aspects of the company. Jeff served for 14 years as General Counsel and Secretary of American Waste Services, Inc. and Avalon Holdings Corporation (AMEX;AWX-A), publicly traded environmental services companies based in Warren, Ohio. Prior to that, he was an associate with the Youngstown, Ohio, law firm of Nadler, Nadler & Burdman Co., LPA.

Jon joined Redstone Development in January 2018. Previous to Redstone, Jon worked as a developer with retailers such as Lowe’s, Wawa, Starbucks, Carrabba’s Italian Grill and many more. Jon has been working in the commercial development industry for over 30 years in which he has gained useful knowledge that contributes to the successes of Redstone. Jon is highly proficient in the development process from acquisition to permitting, including zoning, municipal presentations, and problem solving.

Jon is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida. In his free time, Jon enjoys watching golf on Sundays.

Jonathan is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Redstone Investments. He has been involved in the real estate and construction industry for more than 35 years. Jon started with Burdman Brothers, a family-owned real estate, construction and property management company as a summer intern in 1978. Upon his graduation from Syracuse University, he joined Marine Midland Bank as a commercial real estate lender in 1983.

In 1988, Jon and his cousin, Lee Burdman, started JLB Investments, which in 1991 became Redstone Investments. Redstone, was started in Youngstown, Ohio, as a development, management and acquisitions company with a focus on shopping center development.   Redstone’s portfolio is currently comprised of more than 4 million square feet of commercial real estate located in 15 states. In addition to real estate development projects, Redstone focuses on commercial real estate services and brokerage.

In 2005, Jon relocated to Tampa expanding the Redstone portfolio of companies to include Redstone Commercial LLC, the firm’s commercial real estate brokerage which also provides asset management services for financial institutions and other third parties. In 2011, Redstone Funding, LLC was formed to purchase notes and pools of notes.  Redstone Funding has had great success buying notes from numerous financial institutions throughout the US.

Jon currently serves on the Board of Directors of Huntington Bancshares Inc. (NASDAQ: HBAN). He is on the company’s Executive and Risk Oversight committees. Prior to his current board seat with Huntington, Jon served eight years on the board of Sky Financial (which was acquired by Huntington in 2007), five of which he held the role of Lead Director. In addition, Jon has served on the boards of two other publicly and privately held bank holding companies. Additionally, Jon has participated as an active partner and investor in venture capital and private equity investments for many years.

Jon has been married for more than 28 years to wife Karen Greenberg Levy. They have two children, Dori and Zack, and the family dog, Charlie. Jon spends his spare time playing golf, skiing, boating, traveling with friends, family and always enjoys a great bottle of wine. He is also an avid sports enthusiast of basketball, lacrosse and ice hockey.

Katy serves as the Senior Vice President for Redstone Commercial. Her 20+ years of experience include various property management positions at the Chrysler Building in New York City with Cushman & Wakefield, Renaissance Park campus with Capital One and Corporate Center buildings located at both Hidden River Park and International Plaza with Crescent Resources. In 2007, Katy became Senior Property Manager at Summit Advisors overseeing a portfolio of over one million SF of office, flex and industrial properties in the Greater Tampa Bay area. Redstone acquired Summit Advisors in June of 2010. In 2016 Katy became Vice President Management Services, and in January 2021, Senior Vice President. She continues to oversee property management and leasing of a prominent, institutionally owned, office and industrial portfolio based in Tampa, Florida.

Katy is a volunteer at Tampa Theatre, committee member and past Chair of their annual fundraising event, WineFest. In her spare time she loves to travel. Some of her favorite locations to date include Loire Valley, Dalmatian Coast, Iguazu Falls and hiking the Inca trail to Machu Picchu.

Katy is also a talented artist. Her medium is acrylic paint with pop art style. Her artwork has been displayed at the Tampa International Airport.

Lee is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Redstone Investments and has more than 30 years of extensive real estate business experience.  Lee began his career with Burdman Brothers Companies, a family-held real estate development firm based in Youngstown, OH. , where he managed existing properties, procured new financing, leased new space, and served as a principal in numerous new development projects.

In 1987, Lee and his cousin, Jonathan Levy, founded JLB Investments, which in 1991, became Redstone Investments.  Headquartered in Youngstown, Ohio with an office in Tampa, Florida, Redstone’s portfolio is currently comprised of more than four million square feet of commercial real estate located in 15 states.  Through their leadership, Lee and Jonathan expanded the Redstone portfolio to include Redstone Commercial LLC, a real estate brokerage entity that also provides asset management services for financial institutions and other third parties.  And, in 2011, they established Redstone Funding, LLC , an entity which has had tremendous success buying notes from numerous financial institutions throughout the United States.

Lee serves on the Board of Directors of United Community Financial Corp. (NASDAQ:  UCFC) and its subsidiary, The Home Savings and Loan Company.  He is a member of the Board of Directors of Cardinal Commerce Corporation, a Cleveland-based company engaged in the authentication of electronic payments and in the enabling of secure transactions and mobile payments for both e-commerce and mobile commerce.  And, Lee is a member of the Board of Simco Management Corp., a full service apartment management company that owns and manages apartments and  mobile home sites throughout northeastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.  Simco also manages related entities involved in the exploration and production of natural gas and oil.

Lee is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and currently sits on the boards of numerous community organizations including the Youngstown Area Jewish Federation and its investment committee, Temple El Emeth, and the Youngstown State University Foundation where he is a past Chairman.

Russell joined Redstone Commercial in Spring 2018 from RMC Realty in Tampa. He is primarily focused on retail development and brokerage. Russell brings with him many years of real estate experience from not just a brokerage standpoint, but also as a successful retailer, operating multiple locations throughout Florida. As a franchisee of Ideal Image, he leased, oversaw and was responsible for the buildout of 12 locations from 2003 to 2009. These 12 locations have been sold back to the franchisor. In 2013 Russell leased and oversaw the buildout of 5 Sport Clips franchise locations. Russell has experience in commercial property acquisition for developing shopping centers, communications towers, and stand-alone retail stores. Russell is a member of ICSC and still is involved in the cell tower business where opportunities present themselves.

Jonathan Harris joined Redstone Commercial in August 2016 as an Assistant Property Manager for Redstone’s Industrial Properties. Jonathan’s duties include assisting in the day-to-day management of the portfolio including, but not limited to, repair and construction projects, tenant and vender relations, and daily operations.

Prior to joining Redstone Jonathan worked for Brookline Development Company, LLC, a Syracuse based real estate developer specializing in retail shopping centers. At Brookline Jonathan secured the position of Property Manager overseeing Brookline’s real estate portfolio spanning through six (6) states and measuring over one million square feet.

In Jonathan’s free time he enjoys being active including surfing, hiking, and running. In addition, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Marcus joined Redstone in 2018 as a Senior Project Manager. Marcus is responsible for the management of renovation and tenant improvement projects within Redstone’s existing portfolio and the management of the development process for Redstone’s developments. Marcus’ construction management skills are also used to help Redstone’s 3rd party clients achieve their construction goals.

He joined Redstone from Ravti, a Silicon Valley-backed HVAC management startup, where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business and the management of the project lifecycle on commercial HVAC replacements. His construction experience includes numerous projects within the state of Florida in higher education, K-12, healthcare, and retail shopping centers.

Marcus is married with one son, Davis. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, on the golf course, or traveling the world. His favorite destinations include New Zealand, Scotland, and Thailand.

As Office Manager of the Tampa office and Executive Assistant to Jon Levy since 2006, Mary brings more than 24 years of administrative skills to Redstone. She serves as the central point of contact for all aspects of the Florida office and is also in the process of obtaining her real estate license.

Mary is also a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. In her free time she enjoys bowling, country line-dancing, decorating and spending time with her family. She resides in Riverview with her husband Dale and their dog Kodie.

Myah joined Redstone in July of 2018 after having graduated from Florida State University’s College of Business with a degree in both Finance and Real Estate and a minor in Entrepreneurship. During her time at school she was involved with various organizations including Phi Mu Sorority, Real Estate Society, National Society of Leadership and Success, and Student Center for the Public Trust where she served as President her senior year. Prior to graduation, Myah worked as an Analyst Intern for Beshears & Associates, a Central Florida- based leader in commercial valuation advisory and consulting services, which is now known as Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory Group.

As a Project Manager, Myah is responsible for assisting the development team in all facets of Redstone Investments’ platform with primary focus on project management for Redstone’s developments and providing market assessment and transactional advisory services across all primary asset classes.

In her free time, Myah volunteers at Academy Prep Center of Tampa by tutoring students in math. She also enjoys traveling, taking classes at CAMP, and spending time with family, friends, and her fox red Labrador, Reef.

Neal joined Redstone in 2013. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Ohio.
Prior to joining Redstone, he worked for the B.J. Alan Company (dba Phantom Fireworks) a national specialty retailer of consumer fireworks based in Youngstown, Ohio, for five years serving as Controller. Prior to that, he worked 11 years for DDR a national developer, owner and manager of shopping centers based in Beachwood, Ohio, as Controller in charge of Property Financial Reporting and Accounting Operations. Previous to that, he worked 11 years for DeBartolo Realty, a former national developer, owner and manager of commercial real estate based in Youngstown, Ohio, serving in various accounting positions including that of a Regional Controller.

Neal and his wife Debbie reside in Austintown, Ohio. His hobbies include golf and outdoor activities.
