Scope Of Work
Situated 2 blocks north of historic Lafayette Park, Lafayette Walk is a 6 building, 50,000 SF Townhouse development consisting of 37 single family residential units. Three and 2 bedroom units feature high end finishes, such as hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel sinks and fixtures, high end wood cabinets and GE appliances. At the exterior, replicated doors, windows and trim features were installed including efficient red facades of Glen-Gery /Marseille Brick to reflect the historic nature of the area. Intricate architectures cornice work of carved spiral corbels, coffered decorative molding and dentils were installed on the fronts of all buildings.
