Scope Of Work

Trumbull High School asked us to handle a renovation consisting of three additions, which would provide classrooms, science labs and a new student center. The project required a concise construction schedule to align construction activities with daily student activities and movement.

Technically, the project review phase was extremely important to conform new building components to existing building conditions. The main design challenge was to match the new building precast with the existing concrete from 40 years prior, and to survey and lay out new work to accommodate a five-year expansion plan. Our engineers and architects reviewed the technical needs of the project as checks and balances in order to minimize possible unforeseen issues that could delay the Owner’s schedule.
