Scope Of Work
A barn by any other name, could still be, just a barn. That is not the case with the Nickel barn, which consists of traditional joinery. It is pretty old school - raising of timbers the 16th century would recognize and the 22nd century will appreciate with bents, girts, purlins, mortise, tenon, bridle, scarf, cog and hardwood pins. These materials are rarely used; there are discriminant connections throughout the assembly of this 4,700sf wood, plaster, and stone structure.
