Scope Of Work
The City of Houston’s Sunnyside Health and Multi-Service Center will support the expansion of health services in Houston’s historic Sunnyside community. The two-story, 57,165 SF facility will house medical and dental clinics and administrative offices. Community members will have access to senior services, mental health services, family planning, women and children services, reentry programs for previously incarcerated citizens, recovery programs to combat the opioid crisis, and more. The building will serve as a meeting space for residents, with large meeting rooms and an auditorium for community gatherings. The exterior grounds will include parking, landscaping, a walking path, outdoor exercise equipment, and a community garden. The project will be completed in the fall of 2022.
