Scope Of Work
Removal of exterior oil storage tank. Excavate existing earth in a cold storage area of the lower level and install a concrete containment structure. Repair and waterproof the existing foundation wall and seal the new containment structure to resist oil contaminates. Install new oil storage tanks and all necessary piping. Products being used are Aquafin self expanding waterstop cord, Sikaflex joint sealant, Pavemend VR & Aquafin 1K on the walls and Aquafin VaporTight coat SG-2 on the containment floor and curbing.
