Scope Of Work

Founded in 1972, Ecological Fibers has grown to be an international manufacturer of environmentally sound specialty cover and luxury packaging materials.  When in need of a significant expansion to their Lunenburg facility, company founder Steven Quill chose to partner with Bennett Building Corp to complete a 75,000 square feet addition for much needed distribution and expanded administrative space.  This addition virtually doubled the facility’s area to a total of nearly 150,000 square feet.  Once completed the added distribution space allowed Ecological to further expand their production areas with the original building footprint.
