Scope Of Work
Scope of Work: Tenant improvements to the existing 7,146 square foot building. The first-floor remodel will accommodate a Commissioner's Meeting Room, three new Offices, and a Kitchen/break Room. The second floor will accommodate a new accessible Restroom with Shower, open layout Office Spaces, new Lockers, and a Field Staff Area Room. New access control equipment at the Entrances and Offices will enhance security. Electrical work to include new diesel generator and ATS, HVAC to include new exhaust fans, reworking ductwork
