Scope Of Work
When Jasper Winery outgrew its Newton, Iowa location it took the bold step to build a unique facility that heretofore did not exist in Des Moines. The facility needed to accommodate both winery production and storage needs but also serve as an event center for large parties and small gatherings alike. The facility features a wine tasting room, barrel room, dining space, catering area, full bar and kitchen. In addition to custom interior finishes and a striking façade, the outdoor area and event lawn allow for large gatherings, concerts and events amongst its carefully selected native vegetation and grasses.
