Scope Of Work
B&D performed as a prime subcontractor for the construction of the CNM Building A project. The project consisted of a complete remodel of the Administration Building on the main campus at CNM. B&D provided BIM design with complete electrical, LED lighting, fire and data renovations throughout the entire building, which included the medium voltage distribution from PNM to the building. B&D provided and installed a complete new energy efficient lighting package for the interior and exterior of the building. was Additionally, B&D was responsible for the fire alarm system installation and self-performed the build outs of the main and two distribution data rooms, incorporating fiber and 100 pair voice cable between the data rooms, and installing all of the patch panels and three port data cabling from point of data rooms to 273 desktops and/or wireless and peripheral devices. B&D provided CNM with a 25-year warranty on the data installation.
