Clinton Beall leads internal efforts for operational improvement as the Director of Operations. He is the next generation of passion and energy driving B&D’s motto of “Whatever it takes.” Formal education, craft training, and years of hands-on exposure to performance in the field temper his youth and enthusiasm. Clinton has earned the respect of B&D’s craftsmen and staff through hard work and mutual respect. He actively participates in the bidding and estimating department as an electrical estimator. Clinton’s ingenuity plays a key role in balancing B&D’s culture and history. His drive for organizational learning and advancement of new tools makes him an invaluable member of B&D’s executive team.
Troy Beall's Bio
Troy Beall has been with B&D since 1977. With 38 years in the construction industry, Troy’s experience and relationships are vital to the continued success of the company. He has taken B&D from a small electrical company and transformed it to a large electrical, HVAC, plumbing, controls and voice and data communications corporation. He directly oversees our business development, estimating, accounting and project controls functions. Troy is the face and voice of B&D amongst its customers, trade partners, association members and the community. He guides and directs the strategies, direction, vision and values of B&D. His forward thinking and leadership have been the foundation behind the company’s success and growth. Troy provides the passion and energy that keeps our executive team focused on growth, customer satisfaction, safety, quality assurance and performance.

Chris Carrasco's Bio
Chris Carrasco has been with B&D Industries, Inc. since 2009. Before working for B&D, Chris worked in the semiconductor manufacturing industry for 14 years, with responsibilities of production management and industrial safety and health. As Director of Risk Management for B&D, Chris is responsible for identifying and eliminating the company’s risks through analysis and proactive planning of processes, including safety, health and environmental training. He manages a staff of several safety officers, directing safety programs such as B&D’s Behavior Based Safety (BBS) program. He oversees new employee safety orientations and employee safety training curriculum. His supervision of safety operations is an asset to any project to ensure the customer’s value, quality and safety. Chris is responsible for the effective communication and coordination of corporate and area specific safety efforts to meet corporate and customer safety requirements and expectations. With over 25 years of process and safety related experience, he utilizes his communication skills to increase awareness and identify areas for improved performance.

Craig Chiado's Bio
Craig Chiado is B&D’s Director of Finance offering an extensive knowledge base in developing and implementing financial systems, strategies, processes and controls. Craig has over 8 years of highly responsible accounting experience in both the public and private business sectors. His dedication and leadership have served the company through multiple tiers of business growth that have driven the implementation of new accounting and financial reporting systems. As Director of Finance for B&D, Craig manages all financial aspects of the corporation from governmental reporting requirements to Profit and Loss Statements and Balance Sheets. His core values and integrity have been key to delivering honest and accurate financial accountability through the company’s consistent and sometimes explosive growth. Craig delivers exceptional accounting, finance, and applicable payroll safeguards for B&D to meet and/or exceed organizational goals and objectives.

Nikki Parsons's Bio
Nikki Parsons has grown through the project management side of B&D and currently oversees our project controls and billing groups. Her previous training and hands-on experience with schedule and billing and budget management makes her uniquely qualified to lead our project control group in driving our project management organization to higher profitability with lean execution. Nikki manages all aspects of internal cost reporting and contract management. Her 14 years of service and willingness to tackle our most difficult internal challenges make Nikki a key individual in our pursuit of sustainable profitability and our continued control of growth. Her unique past experience in project management and current position as Director of Contracts & Process Controls adds value and perspective to our Executive Team.
