The Hillis Commercial Development Project is located within the city limits of Poplar Bluff, Mo. at the intersection of Westwood Blvd and Missouri Highway-W. The project consists of clearing 15 acres, site drainage, and moving over 145,000 cubic yards of dirt. This site is being developed to accommodate the growing demand for commercial real estate in the city. This project was completed in 60 calendar days.
