Scope Of Work
Description: IMR was contracted to conduct performance evaluations for some thirty (30) mixing box terminals to include setting minimum and maximum set points using existing controls, conduct low side balancing for some one hundred and twenty (120) air distribution grilles including all supply, return and exhaust. Determine purpose of individual rooms and measure rooms to establish volume in cubic feet, verify correct pressurization (positive or negative) and make adjustments as required, conduct cursory inspection of the HVAC equipment serving the above referenced project, provide a copy of our field data (hard and digital copies) documenting observations, deficiencies and recommendations.
