Abodian was born after our experience in remodeling showed us that there was a glaring hole in the market for people looking for high quality, reasonably priced cabinetry with a modicum of style. We observed big box retailers and production houses falling short in terms of construction method, materials and design options and the traditional custom shops were just not accessible for the recession-stung, the new homebuyer, or the person who wanted to give their house a functional face lift without having to tap their firstborn’s college fund. So we found some creative solutions to respond to that need: maximizing our use of the latest, most efficient technologies; focusing on innovative, interesting, and ergonomic designs; and locally spearheading a movement that has been globally nicknamed “mass customization.”

Because we are people with a conscience, we have built a company with a conscience, too. We’re thrilled to support local suppliers, producers and neighborhood lunch spots while servicing our customers across North America. We care about environmental stewardship and, whenever we can, we find ways to give back to the local community that has helped us grow our business into the thriving, joyful enterprise it is today.
