Scope Of Work
The owner of this condo was seeking a basic, easy to clean solution for his downtown Atlanta loft at the Flatiron building near the new Georgia Dome.
We mechanically abraded the floors to remove the top layer of debris, then cleaned the floor ahead of sealing it with top grade, 25% solids acrylic sealers. The result is a very easy to maintain floor with lots of character. It exceeds the clients expectations as it repels stains and has a great sheen to it.
We used high speed floor burnishers to get this floor the luster you see in these photos.
This is a low cost, high value floor basic floor finish.
