Scope Of Work
Yates Construction is providing engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for the 1.6 million SF steel processing plant. The 600,000 SF seamless steel pipe rolling and finishing mill will meld scrap steel and hot metal in to 500,000 metric tons of seamless steel pipe annually. Construction services include: metal building design and erection, building and column foundations, piling for the building equipment foundations and spoils removal, utility installation, and installation of vendor supplied rolling mill and finishing mill cranes.
