Raymond C. Stangle II, P.E. has over 30 years of project
management, design and permitting experience for both the public and
private sector clients. His areas of public sector expertise includes:
roadway and drainage development, design, and permitting; project
management and public administration of transportation and
recreational capital improvement projects for Osceola County, Florida;
preparation of conceptual roadway alignment plans, storm water
management designs, major roadway construction plans; and design and
permitting of regional water and sewer distribution systems. His
private sector expertise includes: re-zonings; PUD site plan
and narrative preparation and permitting; comprehensive
plan amendments; preparation and permitting of site construction plans
for retail developments, restaurants, medical office buildings, theme
parks, residential developments and mixed use developments. Ray earned
his B.S. in Engineering from University of Central Florida in 1985,
obtained Florida professional registration in 1989, and has served on
local boards including the Osceola County Lakes Management
Advisory Committee and the Osceola County Code Enforcement Board.
