Brad Parro's Bio
Mr. Parro has over 25 years executive level experience in the offshore oil & gas industry. Prior to joining Aqueos as Chief Financial Officer in 2010, he served as Vice President, Operations for Deep Down, Inc. (OTCBB: DPDW) where he was responsible for the financial and operational performance of the company’s acquired subsidiaries. He came to Deep Down from Continental Shelf Associates (CSA) where he was Managing Director, responsible for establishing and managing the company’s Houston, Texas office. During this time, he also acted as chief financial officer for CSA’s portfolio companies as well as being project lead for an offshore fiber optic feasibility project in Southeast Asia for a major oil and gas producer. From 1998 through 2004, he served in various executive capacities including chief financial officer, chief operating officer and chief executive officer of PetroCom, LLC, a privately held wireless communications company serving the offshore oil and gas industry. He also held the position of chief financial officer for oilfield service providers Ceanic Corporation (formerly NASDAQ: DIVE) and Perry Tritech, Inc. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, equity and sub-debt placement, strategic planning, business development and execution and executive financial and operational management. Mr. Parro has a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University of Chicago.
Eric Legendre's Bio
Eric Legendre has over 20 years of experience in subsea construction activities. Prior to joining Aqueos, Eric held many positions within Subsea Projects at TechnipFMC and Global Industries from 2001 through 2019. Eric started his career working offshore rotations as a Field Engineer on subsea projects around the world including the US GOM, Mexico, West Africa and Southeast Asia. He later, moved in to Operations and Fleet Management where he was responsible for P&L of major construction vessels. Finally, over the last 7 years, Mr. Legendre served as Senior Project Manager over large EPCI projects for various operators, including Chevron, LLOG Exploration, Shell, Anadarko, and Deep Gulf Energy. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, a Master in Business Administration from Florida State University, and completed an Executive Leadership program at the Harvard Business School.
Theodore K. Roche IV's Bio
As the founder of Aqueos, Mr. Roche has over 40 years of experience in the marine construction and commercial diving industry. Prior to launching this company in June of 2000, he served as both West Coast Area Manager for Stolt Comex Seaway and West Coast General Manager for Martech USA. Mr. Roche began his career as a Diver and Superintendent, with work history in the North Sea, South China Sea, West Coast, Alaska, and the Bay of Campeche. He holds a degree in Marine Diving Technology and remains active in the commercial diving community. Presently, he is Co-Chair of the Executive Board of the Gulf of Mexico Diving Safety Work Group (DSWG), Co-Chair of the Diving Industry Work Group (DIWG) an international group comprised of Contractors and Operators and is acting Chairman of the advisory board for the Marine Diving Technology Program at Santa Barbara City College.
At Aqueos, Mr. Roche is responsible for business development and pursuing opportunities and strategies that focus on growth and profitability. Mr. Roche’s personal commitment is to safety and to ensure that accident-free work is his highest priority.

Mark Wieneke's Bio
Mark Wieneke is the Corporate Diving Director and V.P. Operations on the West Coast for Aqueos. Mark is a graduate of the Santa Barbara Marine Technology program and has served in a variety of roles during his 40+ years in the diving industry. Mark started his career, working internationally with Sub Sea International as a saturation diver and supervisor. Mark continued his career on the US West Coast and in 2000 obtained a Certificate in Project Management at the University of California Santa Barbara and moved ashore holding positions in Project Management, Operations Management and Estimating.
Mark is responsible for making sure that Aqueos day to day diving operations are carried out in a manner to uphold Aqueos reputation as a “World Class Subsea Provider” and to maintain our commitment to excellence and an accident-free workplace.
Travis Detke's Bio
Travis Detke has been active in the diving industry for 44 years. A graduate of the Commercial Diving Center in 1977, he started his career as a tender in the North Sea with Sub Sea International. After advancing through the ranks to diver, saturation diver and supervisor, he transferred to the US where he moved ashore gaining experience in sales, estimating, and operations. An active participant in the diving industry, Mr. Detke served three terms on the ADCI Board of Directors as the Gulf Coast Chapter Chairman. Additionally, he has served on NOSAC focus groups and US GoM Diving Safety Work Group as well as the Contractor Advisory Board for The Ocean Corporation. Mr. Detke has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of North Dakota and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Walter Aguilar's Bio
Walter Aguilar has nearly 20 years of experience in subsea construction activities. Prior to joining Aqueos Corporation, Mr. Aguilar held many positions within Subsea Projects at TechnipFMC and Global Industries from 2002 through 2021. Mr. Aguilar started his career working offshore rotations on subsea projects around the world including the US GoM, Mexico, South America, Middle East, India and Australia as a Subsea Welding Engineer, Project Engineer and Project Manager. Finally, Mr. Aguilar served as Senior Project Manager over large EPCI projects for various operators, including BP Exploration & Production, LLOG Exploration, and ExxonMobil.
At Aqueos Corporation, Mr. Aguilar is responsible for the operations, estimating and execution of the business unit related to the Civil, Military and Renewable Services. Mr. Aguilar holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Brady Henry's Bio
Brady Henry is a HSEQ executive with 21 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. Prior to Aqueos Mr. Henry held a position of Sr. HSEQ Manager of Global Technology for Halliburton Energy Services, where he served as a transformational leader for Global R&D Product Service Line Management. He came to Halliburton from Knight Energy Services, where he held positions of HSEQ V.P. and General Manager of Advanced Safety Consulting, responsible for defining strategy and ensuring regulatory compliance within North America. From 2005 through 2014, he served in several Senior level positions including General Manager of Operations and Sr. HSEQ Manager for Superior Energy, in the GOM deep water fracking tools division. He has also held positions of Sr. HSEQ Manager and Sr. Petroleum laboratory manager with Smith International – ChemTech, where he specialized in HSEQ implementation and production chemical analytics in North America. Mr. Henry has served on several company advisory boards and is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Industrial Hygiene and a Bachelor of Science in Analytical Chemistry from the McNeese State University of Louisiana.

Irma Clausen's Bio
With 30+ years of human resources and recruiting experience in the offshore oil & gas industry, Ms. Clausen joined Aqueos as the Offshore Resources/Human Resources Manager. Prior to joining Aqueos in 2012, she served as the Logistics Manager for Kaplan Industry Venezuela, C.A./GOME in Ojeda, Venezuela, where she was requested by GOME after only three months on the job to handle paperwork processing and provide translation services to clients. She also trained Venezuelan personnel in logistics system, visa and paperwork processing, and international consulate interaction. She came to Kaplan Industry from Chet Morrison Contractors where she was the Diving Personnel Coordinator, responsible for securing B1/OCS exemption within three months, enabling the company to hire foreign employees on dive boats and saving thousands of dollars. She was also responsible for introducing structured tools into the Diving and Project Management Group, training colleagues in creation and upkeep of logistics board and personnel files. She also held the position of Human Resources Personnel Logistics Leader at Stolt Offshore and won a reputation as the visa go-to expert for company offices worldwide as well as for external oilfield companies. She was selected to support personnel, transportation, and logistics activities for multi-million-dollar projects. She has prior experience as Human Resources Logistics Coordinator, Administrative Assistant to Operations, Personnel Assistant, and Human Resources Administrator. Ms. Clausen is bilingual (English/Spanish) and has a degree in accounting. She has also attended many courses in professional development, office software programs and technical skills.
Peter J. Goodman's Bio
Pete Goodman has over 40 years of experience in the marine construction and commercial diving industry. A veteran of the US Navy, he graduated the Divers Institute of Technology. He started his career as a tender in the Gulf of Mexico with Global Divers. After advancing through the ranks to diver, saturation diver and supervisor, he transferred ashore into the office. He gained experience in operations, estimating and HSEQ. He has worked offshore and onshore in US GOM, Mexico, South American, West Africa, Southeast Asia, Middle East, and India. He has been active in the diving industry serving on committees with IMCA/ADCI/ DSWG/ NOSAC/ASSP and GCSTG.
Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) and Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO). He is also on the Board of Directors of the National Board of Diving & Hyperbaric Medical Technology.
