Scope Of Work

Details: The project included extensive demolition on three floors and a build out for office space totaling 13,576 square feet within the historic 5/3 Bank Building in downtown Findlay. The building was originally constructed in 1924 and was in desperate need of modernization to meet the high technological and stylistic needs of its new owners. There was not one part of the project that went unnoticed with their unique design ideas. To divide up the open office space, common construction materials were used in alternative ways. The Factory Direct International project is proof that creativity and carpentry can come together and evolve into a work environment that caters to the hip attitudes of its employees.
