Scope Of Work
Details: This was a former drive-thru only bank in which the teller area and all drive-thru lanes were converted into a full office building. Exterior walls and footings were added as well as a new concrete floor slab. The was a complete buildout with all new finishes, window and doors, plumbing, HVAC and electrical upgrades with LED lighting. 1,967 sq. ft. project.
