Franklin Aguayo, began in the building industry in 1985 as a carpenter. Realizing his passion with each new project, Franklin was motivated to begin working on his own, doing side jobs while continuing to work for larger construction companies.
Executive offices built to exacting standards By 1990, Franklin started his own business installing new roofs for several homes, and expanded quickly to building decks and renovating bathrooms.
In 1995 Aguayo moved to commercial renovations in South Beach Miami, working on high rise buildings and restaurant remodeling projects. Responsibilities included crew supervisor.
