Southeast Environmental Contracting, Inc., (SEC), was chartered under the laws of the State of Florida in 1996.  SEC specializes in providing top-quality design and construction services throughout the southeast United States.  We hold licenses in the States of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama and North Carolina.

SEC, Inc., provides skilled on site project managers, superintendents, labor and a combination of the best equipment, both owned and leased, necessary for quality landfill construction and closures, flare systems, geosynthetics, grading, site work, pipe, mechanical and more. SEC, Inc., also only utilizes production equipment less than three years old. This ensures that downtime is kept to a minimum. Since our conception, we have successfully completed numerous projects across a broad spectrum of customer requirements and desires.
