Scope Of Work
This hotel is located off Division Street in downtown Spokane and the remodel included complete interior and exterior improvements. Guest rooms, restaurant/bar, fitness center, swimming pool, meeting rooms, and lobby all received modern upgrades. Exterior work included new stucco exterior, parking lot improvements, and new landscaping.
