The Richland School District expanded to the ever-growing area near West Richland offering residents an expansive STEM focused learning experience for their children. The design for Leona Marshall Libby Middle School makes the best use of the site, using budget-conscious materials to create an educational facility that is practical, functional, and offers a wealth of amenities to to staff and students.
