Scope Of Work
Welcome to Osprey Pointe! This Port of Pasco project consisted of 30 acres of site development with the construction of a 20,000 sq/ft two-story, high-end office building. Construction consisted of structural steel, tilt-up concrete exterior walls with brick, pre-formed metal wall panels and curtain wall all integrated. The interior consisted of numerous high-end finishes including radius glass walls, glass partition walls, imported tile, and fabrics. This beautiful building overlooks the Columbia River in Pasco.
