Scope Of Work
The Masonic Home corporate offices were relocated into a building also housing Sproutlings, a pediatric day care and preschool for traditional and prescribed pediatric extended care (PPEC) special needs children. The project included of 28,970 SF and additions of 10,047 SF. The office fit-up involved a previously unoccupied second floor and the upper level of the 2 -story addition. s to the occupied day care and pre-school were part of the project. The office finish entailed high level finishes and woodwork for executive offices and conference areas.
