Scope Of Work
This new build, located in the already existing Pinehills community, is designed by ICON and led by owner Bozzuto Development Company in partnership with New England Development and The Pinehills. The mixed-use space will offer 178 apartment homes, 6,435 square feet of retail and a 79,964 square foot parking garage.
