Scope Of Work

The Pond Interiors team recently completed guestroom and public space renovations for Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Dothan, Alabama. The hotel now offers a completely redesigned lobby, public spaces, and breakfast area that follows the Holiday Inn Express brand’s Formula Blue design guide and incorporate custom design features. The public space portion of the project began with the complete demolition of the existing lobby and breakfast room. The reconfigured floor plan maximizes the usage of the space with custom screens and ceiling insets, and creates an open and welcoming communal setting for guests to enjoy. A renovated lobby, modern lounge areas, and a breakfast buffet were all strategically redesigned to flow with the lobby’s stylish new look. The newly renovated spaces provide a fresh, modern experience for hotel guests.
