Scope Of Work
The City of Oceanside mandated a structural retrofit to keep the integrity of the building. Reconstruction Experts coordinated with the city for permitting and road closure to allow for the crane to lower large steel beams into the building. These beams were bolted to the interior walls and set in concrete below the foundation. This historic commercial building will now be able to outlast California’s notorious earthquakes.
