When we have had significant windstorms, it seemed every contractor in the city was busy and would not give you the time of the day. Reconstruction Experts were out to our community first and used innovative technology, like drones, to fly over and inspect the roofs for damage. When you have a relationship with RE they are a great partner and on your side.
Reconstruction Experts did 3 different jobs for us in just over 20 months and each time had the pulse on the day to day activities of the sub-contractors. They were responsive to any concerns we brought to their attention and met with myself several times a week to provide me with updates. They also provided a weekly update for any director who attended the meeting. Lastly, they worked closely with my staff to ensure the disruptions to our common areas and our owners was minimal.
