Scope Of Work
As a unique, coastal property of the Pacifica Hotel chain this is one of our latest accomplishments. This 80 guestroom and suite property was given a complete upgrade of guest rooms and public spaces. The project consisted of new paint, carpet, bedding, and furniture along with fireplace upgrades from tile to a natural stone facade blending into the habitat of a rugged California coastal property.
In addition guestrooms, the lobby and breakfast room were upgraded with Italian tile, local barn wood accents, modern public lighting fixtures, and ADA upgrades.
