Scope Of Work
This one of a kind hotel property has extraordinary San Francisco Bay views, outstanding convenience and all the amenities of a full-service hotel at the Holiday Inn Express in Burlingame. Accommodations consist of a combination 146 guestrooms and suites that are currently under phased construction rollout for final completion in mid-2013.
This is an extensive renovation with materials, bedding, and furniture being part of the package. In addition to rooms, the lobby and restaurant are getting a fresh new look for San Francisco business and leisure travelers.
