Scope Of Work
At the gateway to LA International (LAX) airport we did a complex, modern upgrade to this out of date hotel property. All 300 rooms where completely renovated with materials, paint, plumbing, furnishing and bedding for a fresh new LA look. By complete we upgraded the lobby with a new look and all public spaces. The restaurant and breakfast areas where renovated and the pool area was upgraded to improve general public access and pleasure, and meet ADA compliance.
