Scope Of Work
This project was general construction and furnishings for 259 guestrooms at Bakersfield Marriott at the Convention Center. Guestrooms received new paint, drapes, and furnishings that include desks and ergonomic chairs.
Our design and construction teams upgraded the lobby with a fresh, new look and redesigned the restaurants and public spaces to provide a local and relaxed ambiance that is unique to Bakersfield geography.
