Scope Of Work

Trinity Academy K-8 Phase II expansion is the newest addition to the K-8 school building. The expansion includes six rooms total, with five classrooms and a set of restroom facilities.

On the exterior, Snodgrass & Sons added a 33 space asphalt parking lot with two handicap stalls, and two added light poles. The sitework features sidewalks, building pad and drainage control. The concrete foundation was poured for the pre-engineered building, by Roberts Concrete, LLC. Roberts also placed the interior floor slab. The pre-engineered building materials were supplied by MBCI. The building was structural steel erection and framing. The exterior consists of a combination of masonry with burnished block veneer and reversed rolled panel to match existing panels. Standing seam metal roof and 10 windows to match existing windows with double pane tinted glazing.

The interior and exterior drywall is complete, along with acoustical ceilings, and millwork including cabinets, cubbies, wardrobe closets and laminate tops. Mechanical Systems, Inc. performed the plumbing and HVAC equipment with six horizontal furnace systems by Rheem with 95% efficiency and six Rheem AC condensing units. Linder & Associates, Inc. completed the wiring, lighting, fire alarm and paging/intercom systems.  Heartland Painting, Inc. painted the building, Star Flooring & Decorating provided and installed the carpet and tile.

The coiling door to the kitchen was later installed in 2020.

The added space and parking have greatly enhanced the educational experience for Trinity Academy, K-8.
