PWCI served as the general contractor for the Homestead Cooperative Assisted Living facility and site improvements. Residents can choose to live alone or with a companion.
This project consisted of apartment style accommodations, private bath, energy efficient heating and air conditioning systems, emergency call systems and kitchenettes equipped with appliances. The facility included a commons area with meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, medical assistance, and transportation assistance.
The building construction is a wood framed structure with brick and exterior siding as well as asphalt roofing. Scope included all site utilities, parking lots, landscape, and site improvements.
