Scope Of Work
Construction consisted of a 12 screen movie theatre in the Orchards shopping development in Westminster, Colorado. The facility includes 12 state of the art auditoriums, projection mezzanine, concessions, lobby and arcade.
As one of the anchor tenants for the shopping district the building was completed simultaneously with retail spaces and restaurants. Coordination and cooperation with other projects in the development being constructed by others was critical. The building utilized exterior finishes that complimented the overall development and natural landscape.
The construction is a steel framed structure with load bearing masonry, thin brick, precast, curtain wall and stucco exterior skin. Building has efficient industry leading mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems.
