Scope Of Work
PWCI got the renovation started on this 50 year old shopping center landmark in August 2008. Safety for the public citizens who patronized Ranch Mart's businesses was paramount to the project's success.
All businesses remained open and accessible throughout the duration of the project, especially during the busy holiday season. This was achieved by constant communications with the Owner and Tenants.
