PWCI provided construction management services for the Wellsville School District for a elementary school, as well as the renovation of the existing high school and middle schools.
The elementary school included classrooms, media center, multi-purpose room, cafeteria, administrative offices, and gymnasium. The renovation included converting a portion of the existing high school into additional middle school space.
Project required extensive planning and phasing to complete the renovation of the high school while maintaining existing operations. Students safety, security and traffic control were critical components for the success of the project.
