U.S. Underwater Services, LLC (“USUS”), originated in the mid-90s as an inland water storage inspection, repair, and maintenance (IRM) service provider for Municipalities and Water Districts, but quickly expanded services to include Utility and Power Plants, Military Bases, River Authorities, Army Corps of Engineers and Engineering and Structure Firms. USUS works closely with our clients’ to provide diverse services such as Portable Water Inspections, specialty NFPA 25 Tank Inspections, servicing Intake & Sluice Gates, Hazmat Diving, Underwater Welding and Custom Fabrication.

In 2010, USUS re-located the base of operations to a newly re-modeled 50,000 sq. ft. facility in Mansfield, TX.  The facility includes an in-house fabrication shop that employs certified welders with years of experience who fabricates products to our customers’ specifications. Combining state-of-art equipment, the precise allocation of resources, with highly trained and experienced personnel, U.S. Underwater Services has the capability to complete projects of any scale, preserving quality while maintaining safety and staying in compliance with all industry standards.

As a member of the Association of Diving Contractors International (ADCI), U. S. Underwater Services is committed to the highest standards of safety. USUS never sacrifices quality or safety for profits. Our divers’ are all graduates of an ADCE (Association of Commercial Diving) accredited commercial dive school and are ADCI certified.

From day one, U.S. Underwater Services invests in its dive staff. Our dive staff receives on-the-job and classroom training to assure the quality and safety of each project. We invest annually invarious areas of training such as OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Red Cross CPR, and Red Cross First Aid and various certifications.

Our OSHAS 18001 and ISO 9001 compliant Safety and Quality Management System (QMS) is a fundamental part of our diving operations. We take an aggressive and proactive approach to provide consistent policies and procedures. Our Corrective, Preventative, and Action Report system (CPAR) was developed to provide constant process review and improvement to our operations.

U.S. Underwater Services owns and operates commercial grade equipment that is essential for safe and efficient dive operations.
