U.S. Underwater Services LLC

As President/COO of U.S. Underwater Services, Bryan is responsible for the overall business operations of the company. Prior to his promotion to management in 2004, Bryan had spent six years as a diver and diving supervisor for both the inland and offshore diving arenas, serving USUS for over 12 years. In 2012, Bryan was appointed President/Chief Operating Officer when the company’s ownership was transferred back to the previous owners. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Science, and in 1996 from The Ocean Corporation where he obtained his certifications as a Commercial Diver and NDT Technician. Before coming to U.S. Underwater, Bryan served honorably in the U.S. Navy.  In addition to his duties with USUS, Bryan serves on the ADCI Board of Directors as the 2nd Vice President NS Safety Committee Chairperson, and BP’s Dive Steering Safety and Diving Policy Review Committees.

Earning his BBA degree in Accounting from the University of Houston, Michael came to U.S. Underwater in 2006 and in 2012 was appointed Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for all accounting and finance functions including banking, risk management, forecasting/budgeting and investor relations.  Michael is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Texas Society of CPAs. Previously he had worked as the Chief Financial Officer for a privately held manufacturer and as a Financial Controller for an Illinois Tool Works business unit. From 1991-1997 he worked for an international accounting firm specializing in financial consulting with small to midsized companies.

Scott is a 1997 graduate of The Ocean Corporation, completing over 1,200 commercial dives during his diving career. The longest tenured member of the USUS team, Scott has been a loyal member of the organization for 17 years. Scott manages all Health, Safety, and Environment Policies and Training, as well as Service Quality and Employee Operational Compliance and is the ISO 9001 Auditor.

He holds NASP certifications in Environmental Health and Safety, and Safety Training and Safety Planning, with certifications in NepSafe Manager Training; ISO 9001 Auditor; 40 Hour Hazwoper; ASNT Non Destructive Testing [NDT] through Level 2 in three disciplines; PEC; Kirby Morgan Diving Helmets.   

Jim joined U.S. Underwater Services in 2008 with over 25 years’ experience in the sales and marketing industry.  Jim is responsible for directing all sales and marketing efforts within the Inland division.  Prior to joining USUS, Jim worked as a Regional Sales and Operations Manager for a major distribution company for 19 years.  He represents U.S. Underwater Services in the following Industry organizations:  Texas Municipal League, American Water Works Association, National Fire Protection Association, and The Association of American Military Engineers.
