Scope Of Work
The Felton project on SW 6th Ave consisted of an existing building that, despite constraints such as a limited budget and multiple tenants, was still able to achieve LEED Silver certification. ecoREAL served as the Owner Sustainability Representative and the LEED project administrator. In addition to this building we are also in charge of managing Felton Properties Energy Star Portfolio for their other existing stock.
ecoREAL was able to impliment systems in the building to track the energy and water used, effectivly cutting the water use of the entire building in half. Through our efforts on the project, the building also achieved Energy Star certification. As in many other ecoREAL projects, our GBIM software was used to track the progress on becoming LEED certified in real time, giving all members of the team crucial information in order to stay on track.
