Multifamily Rennovation Renovation of a 180 unit, 13 story high-rise in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Conversion of the 1st floor from retail to common space including new lobby, laundry, exercise space, restrooms, and gathering room. Installation of a new roof top deck overlooking the Missouri River.
