Eastman Cooke completed this three-floor upscale medical office that features is a new limestone and granite façade, a “floating” stainless steel canopy, imported Italian tile, and a unique art glass wall. The medical offices on the upper floors include spacious waiting areas, administration and staff offices, exam and treatment rooms, as well as radiology and consulting areas.

ECA coordinated with the core and shell contractor and the building owner for a full base building renovation in addition to the interior fit out. Additional structural components were added to support the new medical equipment and to restore the existing structure. A full MEP package was installed including multiple large roof top package units, switch gear, fire alarm and a full sprinkler system.
