Scope Of Work

CPWG Engineering delivered the civil design and permitting required to build an Arby’s Inspire 2000 Reversed Layout at Clermont Landing in Clermont, FL.  The Arby’s outparcel is in the far southwest corner of the shopping center. The development of the site will include vehicle access, parking, pedestrian access, stormwater, utilities, landscaping and irrigation design.  Water and sewer were available at/or adjacent to the site.

     Utility Coordination.   CPWG coordinated with the various utility entities in order to verify/confirm the existence of underground utilities in the vicinity of the proposed improvements.

     Construction Site Plan Documents.  Prepared d construction plans necessary for construction.  Construction drawings for the proposed development included required site, landscape, utility and stormwater improvements.

Permitting.

Prepared SJRMD permit letter modification and submitted for review.

Prepared site plan application submittal for the City of Clermont.

Prepared Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) utility permit documents and submitted through appropriate regulatory agencies.

Prepared utility permits for the City of Clermont, if necessary.

Construction Observation and Certification

Conducted site inspections for Arby’s as necessary during construction.

Responded to City of Clermont or contractor Requests for additional information during construction.

Reviewed construction contract documents, shop drawings, reports or other documents associated with the design and construction of the Project.

Preparation of Record Drawings for agency certifications (per contractor/surveyor data).

Preparation and submission of Final Certifications of construction to permitting agencies.
