Scope Of Work
Multi-million dollar design-build delivery of the 120,000 square-foot expansion and facility up fit of the existing 60,000 square-foot building to a total of 180,000 square-foot for industrial manufacturing. The building expansion is a conventional steel structure with a combination of precast concrete wall panels and masonry. Design partners are Carlisle Associates for architecture, civil and structural engineering, Leblanc Welch Mechanical, and Walker & Whiteside Electrical. Project was completed in May 2017.
