Scope Of Work
Located in Laurens County, SC, west of the intersection of US Hwy 221 and Hunter Park, the new Muffin Mam facility is the result of a turnkey design-build method of construction. Muffin Mam’s facility is a one-story, structural steel frame building with insulated precast concrete wall panels and clear height of 32″ (eave height).
Muffin Mam, Inc. is a Global Food Safety Initiative-certified wholesale bakery with customers that include some of the world’s largest retailers and food service outlets. The company specializes in a variety of innovative baked goods, and features a research and development department constant testing out new recipes.
Design-Build Partners include: MCA Architecture, Arrowood+Arrowood, Thomas Mechanical and WN Kirkland.
