THS Constructors completed the design-build delivery of the 144,000 SF building expansion of the existing industrial manufacturing facility that included 28,000 SF of high bay space for their stamping operation, 96,000 SF of low bay warehouse space, and 20,000 SF of covered area for shipping and receiving. The buildings are conventional steel structures with metal wall panels.
